How to cut costs?

It may seem strange but the food is sometimes one of the least expensive items on the menu. We find that including a service staff and dinnerware rentals can increase the budget by up to 50%. You can avoid this by having buffet with cocktail tables (no chairs!) rather than a seated dinner. Use compostable plates and flatware (included in our food costs) to save even more!

- One last money saving tip: Have water stations that are self serve (avoid a service staff position), wine bottles on the tables and use mason jars for drinks rather than renting (you can always find uses for mason jars after the wedding!)
